Our Crepes are made from scratch right in front of the customer. We offer both savory and sweet options, with batter such as classic, buckwheat, gluten-free, wheat, or vegan. The central concept of our menu is the “Crêpe-Your-Own” option similar to an omelet toppings bar. With up to 14 toppings to choose from for both savory and sweet Crepes, customers can design their order according to their specific needs and preferences.
All the toppings are low-fat, low cholesterol, gluten-free, organic, and more importantly, sustainably sourced. Moreover, we seek to specialize in creating seasonal fillings using local, sustainable ingredients, and will be always developing new recipes for our rotating menu.
